Festival Parade - September 13, 2008

Saturday	Sept. 13, 2008	Opening Ceremony (City Hall)	begins 9:45 am
Saturday	Sept. 13, 2008	Festival Parade (Main Street)	begins 10:00 am

The North Carolina Turkey Festival is making plans for the 24th Annual North Carolina Turkey Festival Parade which will be held on Saturday, September 13, 2008.

If you are interested in participating in the parade the cost for manufactured floats this year are $325.00 and $455.00 or homemade floats can be entered for free. Marching units, bands, step units and emergency vehicles are free. If you are a Little Miss/Mr or King/Queen the entry fee is $20.00. If you are interested in a manufactured float, pictures will be available for you to view at the NC Turkey Festival Office located at 101 North Main Street, Raeford, NC.
