2008 TURKEY FEST IDOL CONTEST!!!!

Raeford, NC – Are you vocally talented? Do you enjoy singing and entertaining others? Do you often have people tell you that you have a great voice? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, then you are just what the NC Turkey Festival is seeking for its 1^st Annual NC Turkey Fest Idol Contest.

All participants will be competing for a chance to win $500 and the title of NC Turkey Festival Idol. 1^st Runner Up will receive $200.00 and 2^nd Runner Up will receive $100.00. All participants will receive a t-shirt.

To Enter:

1. Entrant must be a resident of North Carolina and living in North Carolina at the time of the initial contest, September 6, 2008.
2. Contestant must be between the ages of 16-29. Must have parent/legal guardian signature if under 18 years of age.
3. Completed registration form with entry fee must be received prior to July 1.
4. Signed agreement by contestant of rules and regulations.
5. Must submit cd of what you intend to sing including music and lyrics.

Initial contest will be held on Saturday, September 6 at the Hoke County Senior Center. On September 20 there will be a Top 12 Sing-off at the Festival in the Park with the Top Three competing at the Beach Music Concert that evening with the Winner being announced afterwards.
