The 25th Annual North Carolina Turkey Festival is scheduled for Saturday, September 19, 2009. Festival hours this year will be from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are excited about our 25th Annual Turkey Festival and look forward to a fun and profitable day for all.

 

The deadline for booth applications is July 31, 2009. Applications postmarked after July 31st must include a $25 late fee. Booth space is limited and applications are reviewed as they are received provided all appropriate fees and materials are included. We are not able to hold booth space for incomplete or late applications.

 

We limit both the number and types of vendors so that there will be the possibility for a greater profit for everyone, so the prompt return of your application and required paperwork is appreciated. Confirmation of acceptance and the information you will need to participate in the festival will be mailed upon approval..

 

As in the past, we will be offering awards for craft vendors that include a $300.00 purchase award, $150.00 cash award for 2nd place and $100.00 cash award for 3rd place for the best works of the show. We have enclosed a detailed outline of the awards program for you to review in preparing your entries. If you plan to take part in the Awards Program, please indicate this on your application. To qualify as a Craft Vendor items MUST BE HANDMADE.

All fees are due at time of registration with check or money made payable to the NC Turkey Festival and mailed to 101 North Main Street, Raeford, NC 28376. Cash payments will only be accepted at the NCTF Office at which time you will receive a receipt of payments. Those paying with check or money order your copies/check will be mailed a receipt with confirmation of acceptance.
